Pump station installation can be a confusing business if you are not familiar with terminology and equipment involved. 

You need a good quality, reliable submersible pump but you also need the appropriate control system to include the chamber, pumps, control panel and floats.

To keep your pump station running efficiently it needs regular maintenance; this involves lifting the pumps and checking over the mechanical workings, removing any debris that may be lodged in the pump (e.g. wet wipe material). This also includes checking the electronics and taking the megohms and amps; checking the workings of the control floats and replacing if necessary; washing down the chamber and testing.

Any minor adjustments are made on site with any remedial works highlighted for costings and approval.

All servicing is recorded on engineers’ servicing sheets that are available for your records.
